Tim Conser – Founder – Conser Consulting LLC

Tim founded Conser Consulting LLC in 2024, the companies focus is helping restaurants with growth potential reach higher. The specialty of this company is providing analytical support and tools to make informed decisions as well as coaching practical business development skills.

Tim has always had a passion for seeing his team members succeed and grow under his watch. His business philosophy in doing this is simple. Leaders have the responsibility to take care of their team, leaders have to be prepared to make decisions, an informed team is a high performing team.

Before starting Conser Consulting Tim built up 7 years of leadership experience working in various customer service industries. Most recently as a Director of Chick-Fil-A in Houston where he lead a store reaching 10 million in sales.

Outside of work Tim loves spending time with his Fiance, Sofia, and their two cats. In his free time he enjoys playing ice hockey, and traveling with Sofia.
